All game progress (Pokédex, achievements, Hall of Fame, settings) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This data never leaves your device unless you use the optional Save Code feature to manually back it up.

Pokémon sprites and data are fetched on-demand from the PokéAPI public API. These requests include only the species ID needed to retrieve the asset and are subject to PokéAPI's own terms. No personal data is included in these requests.
